Small Claims FAQ's

As you place your small claims order, you will receive a confirmation email with the Order ID. It confirms that we have received your order. Within 24-48 hours, you will receive another email that your case has been transferred to the relevant department. You will be given a time frame depending upon your order selection. You will receive another email once your papers are ready.
Our small claims department starts working on your small claims papers right after they receive the information about your case. It usually takes 5-12 business days depending upon the court's information.
Since the pandemic, the courts are updating their fee structure, forms and other requirements frequently. Our department prepares the small claims documents with the current information they have. But sometimes courts update their form, fee structure or department without any notification. If the court returns your papers back, please don't panic. Please inform us, we will prepare your documents again with the latest info without any extra cost. We will reimburse your mailing cost.
Yes, you can request a refund before submitted to the court. We will refund our fee within the first 15 days if you are not satisfied with our services. You can simply go to Request A Refund page, type your Order ID and ask for a refund.
